BIKLAW has been retained by an undisclosed family in connection with a multi-million dollar medical malpractice matter. The case involves a physician’s failure to diagnose or treat a patient with a fatal condition known as a pulmonary embolism. The decedent, a 50 year old man, is survived by his wife and five young children.
