Randall J. Hirsch focuses primarily on litigation, with wide ranging experience in intellectual property disputes, medical malpractice and personal injury, and privacy torts such as defamation. Dr. Hirsch also has extensive experience in rent arbitration and corporate due diligence.
Dr. Hirsch graduated from the University of Michigan in 1997 with a B.A. in History with Distinction. Subsequently, Dr. Hirsch attended Tufts University School of Medicine and graduated in 2001 with a Doctorate of Medicine. After performing his emergency medicine residency, Dr. Hirsch worked in the medical education field and at Abbott Laboratories as a pharmacovigilence analyst.
Dr. Hirsch attended law school at Northwestern University, where he received his law degree in 2008. While there, Dr. Hirsch spearheaded the efforts of the Bluhm Legal Clinic, where he represented juvenile defendants prosecuted within the adult criminal justice system. He also acted as the executive articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and was the managing editor of the Pleader, the Northwestern law student newspaper. After graduation, Dr. Hirsch worked an associate at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
Dr. Hirsch is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Health Law Committee and the Manhattan Community Emergency Response Team and Medical Reserve Corps.
