BIKLAW settles medical malpractice action for confidential amount

BIKLAW settled a medical malpractice claim in a confidential amount stemming from an ulnar nerve injury sustained during a surgical procedure on the patient’s back.  Certainly due in part to BIKLAW’s reputation and credential as a licensed California physician, the case was settled within one month of filing the complaint.
